When managing your sales channel, it's important to understand the connection between it and Awkward Styles, especially when it comes to canceling orders. Please note that canceling an order within your sales channel does not automatically cancel the corresponding order with Awkward Styles.

Sales channels, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy, serve as the platforms where you manage your online store and receive customer orders. These platforms integrate with Awkward Styles, a print-on-demand service, allowing you to fulfill those orders with custom products.

When a customer places an order through your sales channel, the order details are synchronized with Awkward Styles. This synchronization ensures that the necessary information, including the product, design, and shipping details, is passed on to Awkward Styles for production and fulfillment. It's important to note that this synchronization process occurs independently of any actions you take within your sales channel, such as canceling an order.

Canceling an order within your sales channel only affects the order's status and information within that specific platform. It does not automatically trigger a cancellation or modification of the corresponding Awkward Styles order. This is because the order details have already been synchronized with us and are in the process of being fulfilled.
