Cancel or edit your orders directly from your Dashboard at no extra cost, as long as they have not been sent to production yet.

How to cancel my order?

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click the "Orders" button.

  2. Look for the order ID and click it.

  3. Press the "Cancel Order" button and confirm the action.

  • What if the order is in production?

    • If an order that has been sent to production is cancelled, only the shipping cost will be refunded to your account. The product's cost cannot be refunded as the order was already in the production process.

How to edit my order?

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click the "Orders" button.

  2. Look for the order ID and click it.

  3. Press the "Edit order" button, it will direct you to another window.

  4. Click the "Update product" option and change the items.

  5. Confirm and let it synchronize.

How to change the address for an order?

The delivery address of your order can be changed from your Dashboard as long as it has not been shipped out. This action is completely free.

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click the "Orders" button.

  2. Look for the order ID and click it.

  3. Select the “Edit” button on the side of the shipping address.

  4. Update the address.
