There's two ways to proceed when your product is OOS

A product is considered OOS (out of stock) when we don't have it available in our inventory and it is not an estimated restocking date. When an item from your order, previously added to your store, is OOS, you will be informed about this and have two options:

  1. Accept an alternative SKU, which means we will print your design on a similar item with higher quality to the one you had originally ordered. The alternative is free of charge.

  2. Cancel the order free of charge from your dashboard manually, (if the OOS item is the only one in your order). If the order contains more than one product, we will short-ship the order for you and refund the OOS items.

During holiday seasons, due to the increased demand in production capacity from our blank product suppliers and longer delivery times of these products to our warehouse, items being out of stock may be slightly more common than other times of the year.

The Awkward Styles Team is constantly working to avoid out-of-stock issues and to keep the selling process simple for both merchants and customers. If you do encounter any issues, be sure to contact our support team.
