How do I file a reprint/refund claim?

Refund or reprint claims can be submitted through the dashboard

If the package arrives and the customer deems it unsatisfactory you may request a reprint or refund claim for the affected items. There is a time period of 30 days from the date of delivery or expected date of delivery to file a claim due to a problem with an order. This will ensure a guaranteed review.

Follow these steps to file a refund or reprint claim for any of your orders:

  1. Go to your dashboard.

  2. Find your order by scrolling down or using the search bar.

  3. Click on your order. Find and click the "Submit issue" button.

  4. Indicate the kind of issue you're experiencing by ticking the corresponding box.

  5. Upload photographic evidence to aid our team in reviewing your claim.

  6. Add a description of the issue you're experiencing.

  7. Select the ideal resolution for your claim: a reprint or a refund (credit).

    1. For reprints, verify that the address information is correct, if not, add a new address where you'd like your reprint to be shipped.

  8. Submit your claim by clicking on the "Submit" button.

How long will it take to review my claim?
