When submitting a claim for refund or reprint to Awkward Styles, it may take up to 72 hours for review. If it is past the said time, there has reasonably been further review on the item(s). Nonetheless, there will be notification emails about specific issues if this occurs. Please be advised that not all claims get evaluated the same, claims proceed corresponding to each issue.

If the evidence provided is not clear or thorough, and it has not been possible to obtain a solid idea of the problem we will contact you so that we can be provided with better evidence that allows us to make an accurate determination.

There is a time period of 30 days from the date of delivery or expected date of delivery to file a claim due to a problem with an order. This will ensure a guaranteed review.
