We factor in these dates and average production time in order for us to recommend order deadlines. Please note that these are recommendations, not rules, and that other factors contribute to possible shipping delays, such as complications due to COVID-19.
Therefore, we encourage you to be transparent about order deadlines with your customers. This will create clear expectations and avoid miscommunications or late packages. After the set order deadline, it’s unlikely that your customer will receive the order in time for the holidays.
