When an item is out of stock, we offer alternative products that are of similar or higher quality than the original item. You can find out more about what this means for you and your customers here.

Awkward Styles offers up to three alternatives for each SKU based on size and color availability to ensure the best and closest match to the product being substituted.

Whenever one of your orders contains an item that is out of stock, you will be able to see this on your dashboard and decide whether or not to use the alternative being presented. For alternatives with higher prices than the original product, you will not be charged extra to use the alternative.

If you do not wish to use an alternative for your order, you will be able to delete the OOS item from your order.
