There could be different factors on why orders get returned to the sender. If tracking shows that an order is being returned to sender, an invalid address was likely provided, or the carrier was unable to determine the correct address.

In this case, the customer can provide a valid address for returning the order. We recommend that you check this carefully to avoid any issues with the shipping company. Also, make sure there are no errors in the address or numbers.

Our team will reship the order to the address provided as soon as we receive the order in our facilities. You can find the new tracking number in the Order events.

NOTE: In case that an order has been returned to sender, additional re-shipping charges of $4 will apply.
